All products and services sold on FaHub are digital goods and/or digital services. Delivery and/or access to the purchased product begins immediately upon successful payment.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery or activation of services, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or charge reversals are not provided once delivery or service has started, unless explicitly required by applicable consumer law.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their system, software, platform, or use case prior to purchase. Lack of compatibility, misunderstanding of product features, or user error does not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Abuse of Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a properly delivered digital product or service may be considered misuse of our services. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the product, services, Discord, and/or associated accounts without refund.
